Hospital departments
After a Patient is admitted to individual wards, they are cared for by the staff employed there. Each of the persons who comes into contact with the patient - similarly as in emergency department - has a visible and legible identifier, enabling the patient to get acquainted with individual people, their positions and place of work.
Each branch is managed by the Head of the Office, to whom report all other employees. They or other authorized doctors of Departments should be contacted for information on the therapy used, its course and duration of treatment. The hours of providing information are most often related to the visiting hours in the ward. Pursuant to the law applicable to Patients, they may reserve the right not to disclose information about their health to any or individual family members.
Nursing staff, paramedics and cleaners are managed by Department Nurses, who, together with on-duty nurses, inform Patients about the course of the care and nursing process, educate Patients and prepare them for living in a home environment changed by disease. Nursing information is available 24 hours a day.
All comments, doubts, requests and complaints regarding treatment and care can be directed to both, Heads and Ward Nurses. In addition, complaints and applications are accepted by:
